the gaming one, sorry for not being specific as it has been pointed out. I suggest the one with a 7700HQ and a 1050ti.  

Heres the scenario:

 

Was asked by someone that doesn't know their tech to recommend a laptop for college but can still use it for video edition, but also has a good webcam and lots of storage.

 

I only know a few good choices for gaming, but i don't know if gaming and content creation specs can be considered the same.

 

They want something no greater than 1000$.

dell Inspiron 7000, if your friend needs a better webcam use an external one.

You should really be more specific when you recomend that line of laptop, since it is a line, not a model.

 

Im assuming you mean the 15" since the 2-1 looks like a joke, but even then looking around on NewEgg and Amazon there are like 8 options under that generic product branch.
