Looking for Quiet Fans

I need two 140mm fans for the front of my case that are fairly quiet (my rig is sitting on my desk next to me and can get very loud).  I don't know if I should go for static pressure or airflow (I have a Phanteks Eclipse P400S TG if that helps).

Does anyone know which fans I could use?  Thanks in advance.

I would get Noctua fans

Noctua has some of the best fans out there, bequiets are good, phanteks makes good fans as well
