You can still change the gpu lights but they won't sync.

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

The gpu will use asus aura to control the lights, the mobo will use msi mystic light. These 2 softwares are not compatible and won't sync up.

no it will be fine,you could even hook up a rgb strip to the gpu in the future in case you want them to sync up

IDK if the GPU has an RGB header. And make sure and quote or tag people: @McHox, for example, so we can see you replied.
