I personally would try to push your budget and get an R5 1600 and overclock it, and overclock your ram as well.

Some Asus mobo doesn't have VRM heatsink

Ryzen benefit from high speed RAM

@itsjustLalith what's the rest of the specs? Let me remind you a thing, don't cheap on PSU.

The phase design on this motherboard is fine without a heatsink.  I wouldn't use it with an 8 core though.  But 6 core or lower is fine.  Also this ram kit has plenty of headroom to overclock.  It is low timing, low voltage.  It would be easy to loosen the timing and increase the voltage and get it to 3200 which is about the sweet spot for Ryzen.  No need to waste money on a budget like this.

He doesn't need a CPU, just mobo, GPU and memory.

It says in the title that he needs a processor.

I'm just giving him the benefit of the doubt and guessing he forgot to include it in the post.  Either that or when he said graphic card he meant cpu.  So it's possible he doesn't need a graphics card at all.

Phase design is good, I didn't say it's bad. However the VRM may get hot when the CPU is OCed which affects overclocking headroom
Overclocking RAM is not that easy for begineers

If my guess is correct and you in fact meant to type CPU and not GPU in your post then this is what you should go for unless you need some of the extra stuff included with the x370 chipset like SLI.  Then go with the ASUS Prime x370 Pro motherboard.  You can also switch to Trident Z ram if you prefer the look as long as it is 3200 cas 14, that means it's samsung b-die which works best with Ryzen.  But like I said earlier you can get some cheaper ram and overclock it.  Since the 1006 agesa update ram compatibility has improved quite a bit.

Thank you so much for your involvement! I was so brain churned visiting these websites and to witness so many wide range of motherboards with all the technical terms!
Let me tell you my exact need
I work extensively on Adobe Softwares simultaneously for very long hours (12hours) and i would like to step into gaming as i'm very interested to!
Is overclocking fine? and can you guide me on what a HEATSINK does?
I'm trying to get into animation and 3d designing so a 16 gig would be good no?
And the configuration in my head right now that i really like its

1) ASUS PRIME PLUS B350

2) NVIDIA GT1050ti 2gb

3) CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8gb x 2 (as i saw a benchmark website shows increased performance than RIPJAWS)

http://ram.userbenchmark.com/Compare/GSKILL-Ripjaws-V-DDR4-2400-C15-2x8GB-vs-Corsair-Vengeance-LPX-DDR4-3200-C16-2x8GB/3549vs3547
