Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain Prologue crash

Hello,

 

I recently assembled a new desktop, I just loaded it with some games i had one of which is MGSVTPP i could play the prologue till both the characters escape the hospital in a van and get across a tunnel at the end o which the van crashes....here i guess it is suppose to  save but for some reason it is not, so please anybody out there complete till the checkpoint I just don't want to miss out on anything.

Well, if you want to fix it, buy the game. That only happens to the cracked version. Lol
