PSU for Graphics card upgrade in Dell optiplex 980 SFF

I have a optiplex 980 sff. I wish to install a average good graphics card. But i need a psu good enough to do that. My current psu is 235w. But my pc doesn't support all psu's. This is the psu my pc uses. Or is there anyway i can install a standard psu outside of my case? Or any way i can power a graphics card?

That's a... weird PSU. You might have to mod the case slightly to fit a regular SFF PSU in there. I'd go for a Corsair SF series.

If i can fit a regular sff psu, will the psu work?

and btw, without any psu upgrade, will a gts 450, r7 240 ddr5,  or gt 730 work?
