Hello, I couldn't find a stand like this online and i don't even know if this exists, so i drew a shit sketch, if any one knows where the find a stand like this let me know.

From what I can tell, you can re-arrange the mounts on the stand.

You should be able to swap the top and bottom mounts around to get your configuration

So, it doesn't look like very many results have shown up for your request from what I've seen. I was able to locate something similar to what you were looking for, but the only issue is that all three arms are movable, and you'd have to move the far left and right arm up, and then mount the ultrawide below by bending the middle arm down. It's also pretty expensive.
