Computer Keeps turning on

Hey guys want to know if anyone knows why my computer just turns right back on from when i put it to sleep, hibernate, and shut down and power off please help!

You've jiggled the mouse or used the keyboard or any other input device.

It's possible that you have some retarded setting for USB devices toggled in the BIOS. I had a somewhat similar problem with my board. Can't remember which one it might have been though.

Just disable any USB power-related options, really.
