1080p60fps, the extra pixels are less important with the shit YouTube bitrate + I only have 1080p panels (pity me), which will cause some weird pixel scaling.

Plus for gaming content I would prefer 60fps over 30fps for obvious reasons

it will depend on the games, for FPS, sports or any other genre of games that require fast motion i would choose 1080p 60, for games like last of us or life is strange i prefer 4k/ 1440p 30.

Depends on the content. I would only use 60Hz for gaming where it could improve the experience. Otherwise, reviews for example, I'd prefer hogher resolution if it shows the curves of the product. Talking head videos could run at 0.1Hz and I wouldn't care.

720 is a bit low, i would take 1080p 60hz.
