New to PC gaming and need suggestions to improve

So I been saving money to build my first PC while watching YouTube channel so I can get familiar with pc gaming. One day my stepdad stopped by and gave me a gift...he got me a Alienware Aurora R6. But now I'm overwhelmed since I didn't think I was ready. all I want to know is what videos should I watch, what can I add to my pc to improve it and also should I get a water cooler. 

specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700 
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060-6GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012)
RAM: Hynix HMA81GU6AFR8N-UH 1x8GB 
MBD: Alienware Aurora R6

I'd start with an SSD. What are you temps on the CPU under load? (You can check with MSI Afterburner )

BOINC Setup:
i5 7200U @ Stock

Core2Duo T6600 @ Stock

i3 2330M @ Stock

i5 3210M @ Stock

Well it all starts with good PSU, now maybe you want to click the see more button in bottom of my post and you will see monitor and psu to pick but they have good reputation do not worry

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).

its doing about 56c to 60c
