Usage 100%

my disk usage is always 100% in windows 10 while in ubuntu every thing is smooth and fast(idk about usage cause ubuntu task manager doesn't show disk usage)

how do i know if it is software or hardware problem , i used an app called smart defrag it decreased usage but very small diffrence

Go to task manager and what is using the most usage? Also try running CrystalDiskInfo to see the status of the hard drive.

90 percent of the times it is system or if I am running any app like steam or a game it takes all

crystal disk info status says good
