Windows Booting Issue. Help?

R3DOPS

So here is the issue. When booting the computer after the BIOS screen i see a  _ symbol for about 8 seconds and every 2 seconds the screen goes black. Then windows finally boots with instead of the ASUS logo it boots with a Windows logo. When i first installed windows it always booted with the ASUS logo and it did not take this long to boot. Yes there is an SSD.

What i think caused this to happen was me swapping the hard drive with another windows on another drive. But i never plunged in the original drive into any other computer then the computer windows was original installed with. Is there any repair tool to fix anything to get rid of the time it takes to boot? Can you help me?

Sounds like you need to re-install windows if you're trying to use a windows drive from another pc/laptop.
