Games wont go full screen

moking01

Ive got this weird problem i just noticed today. Some of my games like bf1 and mass effect wont go full screen unless they are set to "borderless". No matter what i try to do they wont go full screen, its either windowed or borderless.

Any ideas ?

It doesn't matter if game mode is on or not. There are other things that still interfere. It was happening to me in Overwatch too. Make sure all this is unticked

Doesnt work.

The screen flickers as the game tries to go full screen and goes back to windowed again instantly.
