First desktop build

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2gJ8cc

My budget is $2,700~ (USA) with the aim being 4k Gaming and occasionally watching video

This is my first planned build so I am very new. My monitor is a 4k UHD TV which I plan to hook up using HDMI 2.0

Any feedback or revisions would be appreciated!

get an air cooler, less troubles and more powerful (at least than the aio that you have chosen), such as noctua nh-d15 and less noisy

10tb of storage for what, p***?, well, you should get 500gb ssd for games and other 5tb max for whatever you need to storage there but 10tb is an overkill, even for 4k video storage

i'd get windows 10 for 30$ on kinguin

did you know that your case does not have price no?

and psu is an overkill, no 1k watt needed but yes if you want a full silent psu

Remember to quote me (or someone else), otherwise we won't going to recieve your answers...

To be more specific for the case, it is $160 as well as the Airflow version.

As for the other stuff, thanks for the revisions.

  1. Since you are just gaming and watching 4K movies you won't need more than 16GB, invest it elsewhere it's easy to upgrade.
  2. For a single 1080ti, 650Ws will more than suffice.
  3. Get a bigger SSD and a smaller hard drive, you don't really need 10TB for 4K movies to be honest. 4TB will suffice.

I want 1000Ws because I plan on getting another 1080ti in the future for SLI. Silence is good as well.

Agree with the bigger ssd/ smaller storge drive/less ram.

Nothing wrong with an overpowered PSU. A good quality PSU will last for a while, and it is pain to have to upgrade down the road if you end up with a higher power requirement.

That is a pretty large case. Could go with something a bit smaller with that build.

well, even for 2 1080ti you would not need that much power but if you have enough money for less noise, go for it
