Over Clocking Monitor

I was overclocking my monitor to 85hz ,the monitor is a Samsung S32E590C (Curved), i went to UFO test i apply my overclock, which worked, refresh the website and it sometime says 75hz when i apply 85Hz or something lower than 75hz

 

Also while i was playing a game (Rocket League) while and overclock is applied it some situation it get choppy when my fps is 90+

 

my Spec are Aleinware 17R (laptop)

I7-6700Hq 2.60-2.59Ghz

16GB

GTX 970M 372.70v

Windows 10
