URGENT..How to auto mask in sony vegas ?

I need some help on how to mask something in an image ,,

exemple : in this image I wanna mask the black logo to get rid of the white backgroud so I can use it how ever I want ..

PS : I want a way in sony vegas that would do it automatically without having to go through the process of masking it step by step cause it would take a lote of time ,,,

I'd use Photoshop to remove the background and save it as a PNG, but in Vegas you should be able to apply a white chroma key effect.

But I realdy have it without a background ,, that pic was only an exemple,

you're right about using photoshop but I just dont have it right now and I dont wanna download it,,, thats way I wanted a way to do that in Sony Vegas ..

Will my chroma key idea work? I don't use Vegas, so I'm not completely sure how it works, but I'd give it a try. If you don't have Photoshop, you could try something lighter like Paint.NET (not a website) just for background removal.

I cant try it right now Im using another pc ,, but I'll try it later .

i was asking if there is a way to do that just like the way u do it in AE ,, you know when you use the auto-trace ,, its damn easy and pretty good way ... 

thank you anyway ,, I'll use Photoshop in the future
