Different type of app?

So I know an app had been declined multiple times but I have an idea for a different type of app. Yes the mobile site is great but notifications don't get sent to you, so what if you made an app just to give you notifications and then you can go to the mobile site to check them out. Then I could get the notifications from ltt forums on my smartwatch which would be greatly useful. Even if it doesn't say what they are it'd still be nice to know if you got a notification.

you can get notifications from the website. it asks you the first time you go to the site if it can send notifications.

You can have it send an email for every notification? I thought it was only messages.

That only works if your browser is open and is only on that device.
