Laptop Screen To Desktop

Hi, So I have this project where I need to take a laptop replacement display, and convert it to use standard AC wall power or to be powered off USB, along with it needing to be VGA compatible. If anyone could tell me a way to go about it that would be great. Thanks in advanced. (If this is not the right place to put this please let me know)

You can search on YouTube portalable monitor then copy that

My Build: Xeon 2630L V, RX 560 2gb, 8gb ddr4 1866, EVGA 450BV 

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500
