Best Closed loop cooler in terms of performance

i am running core i7 7700k at 4.8Ghz 1.32v ... it easily hit 85-90 even 100c while rendering a image or video.

i have tried captain 360ex, replacing a dual 140mm aircooler.

result is worse.

so need the best closed loop AIO cooler in terms of performance, budget is no issue....

Or should i switch to Ryzen.,,,,,,,,,???

A decent upgrade would be the NZXT Kraken X62. It won't help much TBH, delidding the 7700K will help a lot though.

Why? Do you need more cores?

I would agree with @Oshino Shinobu, you shouldn't be getting such high temps on either of those coolers. Sounds like you're not using enough thermal paste, or have poor case/room ventilation, or some other factor contributing towards your heat generation (such as fan speed) rather than just your choice of cooler. A 360mm AIO should have no issue keeping a mild OC like that tame at those voltages, even on the 'hot" 7700k.

If you don't use AVX, it's worth it. You will probably be able to get enough money to build a Ryzen 7 1700 rig if you sell your 7700K

Depends on the cooler actually. Iirc Tek Syndicate did a review on the Deepcool 360 cooler and it performed worse than an H100i...

7700k has known thermal issue.  Intel's response is "don't overclock it".  Best way to solve it is to delid, but make sure you buy a tool for it and do it safely.  Otherwise, yes Ryzen 7 would be a big upgrade for your work.

You could also wait a month or two for AMD Threadripper x399 platform to be released.  You will be able to get a lot more cores and it is expected to be very well priced.
