Setup For Gaming, Streaming, and Video Editing.

I was looking to build a PC with a 3000USD budget that would support two monitors of 4k 60hz and 1080p 144hz respectively. Streaming and gaming are my main priorities, but I will still be doing some video editing as well. If I don't really care for noise levels and looks, and also if I am looking to multitask a bunch, would the parts that I picked out be fitting? (I was especially worried on whether or not my CPU would be a bottleneck on the graphics card)

PCPartpicker: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/bhyM7h

EDIT: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HW4KD8

(For cheaper RAM)

As a side note, I was wondering if a founders edition 1080ti graphics card provides any extra performance compared to the asus 1080ti 11gb one I chose, rather than just looking prettier.

Also, is this build good for possible future upgrades? Especially in the graphics card and storage department.

No bottlenecks. Maybe get a 750W powersupply instead unless you are thinking of going 1080ti sli in the future. You can't really upgrade up to anything besides a 1800x which would be pointless since you can overclock the 1700x for similar performance. Storage is really easy to upgrade you have plenty of sata ports for that. Overall its a good build besides the ram which is pointless and overpriced.

Unsure what power supply to pick?

Check out my HTPC build.

What would you recommend in terms of ram?

Since you said you aren't doing that much video editing I think that 32GB might be overkill for what you are doing but its fine since you are spending this much anyway.  Dominater platinum is notoriously overpriced. Get 3200 with good cas latency.

Looks good! I was just wondering a bit on the motherboard. What advantages/disadvantages does it have?

Also the graphics card doesn't seem too different to me, can you explain a bit on that?

I just like red and black, but previously ASRock was better with Ryzen, haven't checked to see if that's still the case.

The aoi water cooling solution seems a bit daunting to me. As I've only helped with a few builds before, all of which have had air cooling for the CPU, does the water cooling require any experience with liquid cooling to install?

No, AIOs are easy. It's the same as air but with the step of installing the radiator.

27" 165Hz 1440p G-Sync monitor for gaming on and a 28" 4K for editing.

I would look at a powerline adapter rather than a USB wifi.

I didn't include fans so put them back in if you want them.

No SLI option, but a single 1080 ti gpu is fine for 1440p.

Also went with 16GB Ram for casual video editing.
