Ryzen 1700 overclocking to 3.7 ghz results as underclock to 1550 mhz!

Hi guys i newly build my pc and i decided to overclock, I changed cpu clock ratio to 37 and changed voltage to 1.30 for test. Result is here. http://imgur.com/a/LEZRu

It is same, on load (prime95). My mainboard is asus prime x370-pro . My power plan is high performance. on task manager it says 3.7 ghz but i can tell pc is slow. What can i do what is wrong.

Are you under load when the current clock is 1600? Completely normal for it to clock down when not under load.

It appears you are new, welcome to the forums! Some users (including myself) use the night theme which makes everything dark instead of white.

I am having the same issue with my 1500x.  I oc to 3.9ghz but in CPU-z it only shows 1550mhz and runs crazy slow. Can't tell if it only happens when I change my voltage. Currently I'm at 3.7ghz on auto voltage.

Hey, I'm having the exact same issue, my motherboard is the Gigabyte x370 K7 on the F4e version bios if that means anything to you.

I'm able to change the core speed as much as I'd like, however as soon as I change the core voltage, the core speed goes back to 1550 with the multiplier x15.50 like yours. So right now I'm stuck with voltage on auto and 3.6ghz clock speed.

Could be a bug with the BIOS then.
