Sub $400 Gaming PC

I've built a PC before but I had a lot more money then.  I'm currently looking for a highly upgradeable down the line pc. My original thoughts was to get a am4 apu and run it in full graphics with an r7 card.  Could I get some other suggestions?

you wouldn't need to factor in an SSD,  HDD , OS,  Case, or a PSU . I have those in hand

you can easily get ryzen 1600+ 16 GB ram and a good MOBO for 300$ and 100$ for a cheap used GPU( i am assuming USD)

I'd still need a GPU to do any kind of gaming . I just need a moderate 1080p experience that I can upgrade down the line

Possibly. You could get a different 460 or a 1050/1050ti also.

Wouldn't recommend an APU for gaming. Just get a R5 1400 or 1500X or save up a bit more.

Those aren't Ryzen though so they aren't very good at all. I don't think you can buy them by themselves either.

That's about what I was thinking and I came to 434.  I also figure if I got some stuff used I can save a little more as well
