Help with a bad situation

Hello forum!

 

So unfortunately my mom had an S80 update and required a password once it was finished, she doesn't know it.

 

I know factory resetting will solve it but she has a lot of pictures of her recent trip.

 

I'm just wondering is there anyway to get the info out or a way to bypass the screen? Tried plugging into my computer but required to sign in, and she doesn't have a micro SD card. The worst part is she doesn't have a Samsung account nor she does not think she has a Google account.

 

Any tips or help is mega appreciated!

If it had acces to the play store it has a gmail-account linked to it.

Maybe someone knows which email address that is and hopefully has access to it :P

I don't think you can set it up without a Google account so she probably has one.

Also set her up with Google Photos in the future to prevent this happening again. :)

I edit my posts a lot.
