I keep getting this weird bug in DOOM 2016

vulcan or opengl?

i7 4790K | 4.5ghz @1.19v / 1080 ti strix oc  / Asus Z97 Pro Gamer  / 970 Evo 500GB | 850 Evo 500GB / Corsair 780t white|window

Both, my dude. As in, I got the bug when I had my API setting set to OpenGL and when I had it set to Vulkan.

That can either be a driver issue or a GPU not liking the clock speed/core voltage. What GPU are you running at what clocks?

I have a Gigabyte Windforce GTX 1060 running at stock clocks. Also, I'm only getting that bug in DOOM.

verify your files on steam, could be a corrupt file.

I did that and it didn't really do anything. I also did a clean installation of my PC's display driver as well.

 

EDIT: The verification did kind of fix the bug. I'm getting this bug now instead of that one:

Are you using OpenGL or Vulcan?

In that picture that I attached to my previous post, Vulkan.

 

Also, as I've said before, I'm getting that bug in both Vulkan and OpenGL.
