Top cables are SATA cables (closer) for more HDDs or Sata SSDs, the further are 8pin VGA cables for powering GPUs.

Not entirely sure what the bottom cable is, perhaps a power button for testing the mobo?? (Not sure)

Could we get better pics?

Top looks like pcie or CPU power, bottom is definitely sata power.

Not sure about that psycho cable.

Most likely they're just extra cables and you don't need to worry about them.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

You mean that little thing on the bottom of the case with a red and a black wire connected to the mobo? It's a speaker (beeps at post). You can take it out if you want, you just won't hear a beep when your system starts up (which may be a reason to take it out)

Be safe, don't drink and sudo

Top left is a 6+2 pin power for graphics card (yours already plugged in, no need)

To the right is SATA power for drives (optical, SSD, HDD...) (useful if you want more drives)

Bottom is speaker, it makes beep codes for error troubleshooting (leave it be)

That is the +2 part of a 6+2 VGA power cable. It means that your GPU needed a 6pin power and not 8, so the extra 2 just kinda sit there. Its fine.
