Alright, it looks like I'm going with this build https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Draconid/saved/#view=7MYkLk thanks for the help :)

Hello,

I'm currently building a new build for my friend, I've decided to opt in for a Ryzen 5 build and so far I've come up with this.https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Draconid/saved/Nq2Jxr He will be primarily using it for gamming, and he only has a budget of £500ish so I'm already stretching it and would like to stick to a whit/red theme, I would just like to make sure that everything is compatible and in working order and that there are no problems with the build.

Thanks in advanced

The total is £574.53 and it doesn't include a computer case (once again I'm stretching his budget so I really cant go over.)

What does he want for efficiency? 80+ Gold?, Silver, etc?

He doesn't really care about the efficiency, it just as long as it runs and is able to provide a decent overclock on the Ryzen CPU

Plus I feel the PSU is perfectly fine.

Hmm, the problem is I'm already stretching his budget by £70 and trying to fit in a better PSU just doesn't seem possible, if its possible to find a better PSU for the same price then much is appreciated.

It is alright with the current PSU, but if you are getting a more high end card get  the PsU i said before

The main problem is that due the cyrptocurreny mining thing with the RX cards finding a 570 is going to be extremely hard.

The Corsair CXM 450W will handle a better card. He doesn't need to change it.
