Help me please

I can't install windows this is all I get please help and explain in simple ways I'm new and this is my first p.c.

delete all of your partitions and then create a new one, after try installing windows:)

Do what 107x said. If that doesn't work you may have to convert the partition scheme to GPT manually which isn't difficult with a little instruction.

EFI or UEFI only works well with GPT partitioning scheme. You can convert the MBR partition style to GPT using Disk Management. The disk has to be showing unallocated space.

1. Press Windows + R key combo to start Run box. Input "diskmgmt.msc" and hit Enter.

2. Delete all partitions on the hard drive, if any. Then you can right click the hard drive and select “Convert to GPT Disk” from the given option. Actions will be taken immediately.

Note: If there is important file on the hard drive, back it up before you delete.
