What are your current temps?

if they're under 90c, there's no need to get a new cooler, since your CPU is not overclockable.

Stock cooler should be fine unless u r using an open air graphics card and the air in your case is very warm. I like the CRYORIG C7, if u decide you really want a new cpu cooler.

There are several other reasons why to get an aftermarket cooler for a locked cpu.

I slapped a dark rock advanced on my xeon to run it cooler and for the sake of science and aesthetics.

@OP cryorig has decent offerings, something like the be quiet pure rock or the standard 212 Evo will do just fine. No need to go overkill like me who even considered a dark rock pro 3 ;-)

What store/brands you have available? H7 is pretty much best budget cooler atm. Pure Rock is tad better if you can fit it to budget. You don't need anything beefier with locked CPU.
