Advice on selling/trading Xbox Live gift card?

I have a £50 Xbox Live gift card code that I got courtesy of work, but I have no use for it and am wanting to sell/trade it. I looked at G2A for it, but a friend of mine recommended against it. I looked at /r/giftcardexchange but as I'm not someone who uses Reddit much, if at all, my account doesn't qualify as an active account to use that subreddit. Not really sure what else to do/try, any suggestions? Might be worth noting it can only be activated in the UK I believe.

How is anyone to know you didnt copy the magnetic strip of the gift card.

I dont think anyone is really successful in selling a gift card.

Why dont you give it to a family member or a friend, and ask for half the face value in cash.

I would, but the only people I know are PC gamers with no interest in such a product, unfortunately. :{
