Heartaches building,proprietary cpu heatsink mount

I so have a dell optiplex 790 case and stock dell cooler and want to upgrade. Problem is that the mounting holes for the cpu heatsink are on the case thus meaning I cant use any push pin style mount. the mounting holes are in the right lga 1155 spot so im wondering if anyone knows about a good screw in style heatsink that is under 5.5 inchs of 130mm?

Windows[I5 2500 3.3Ghz-3.7Ghz 4 cores 4 threads][12gbs of Samsung DDR3 1600 Mhz Ram][MSI GTX 1050 TI 4GB OC]

Apple[IPhone SE] [Imac 21.5 dual core 3 Gghz][Time Capsule 3TB]

Linux[Several laptops]

use the screws with your cpu cooler? I thought they all had to be screwed in not held with a pin? guess use enough variety in coolers

Biggest problem with prebuilds is that they are very hard to upgrade. Can you get pic of mobo and case? I have a feeling that stock is only thing that will fit there.
