Sony tv not allowing PS4 pro to get 4K resolution.

I just bought a 4K tv since I have a PS4 pro and Xbox one s. I bought this model. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/sony-65-class-64-5-diag--led-2160p-smart-4k-ultra-hd-tv-with-high-dynamic-range-black/5748206.p?skuId=5748206

 

and I am using a 2.0 cable that came with the pro. So is should work and I'm fairly certain the HDMI input is the correct to allow.

if its like mine not all of em are 4k

Ditto at what @kronickiller said. My TV only has a few ports that are HDMI 2.0, the rest are not

 And yea On my PS4 it only give me 2160p YUV420 which it's at currently,but on my Xbox is gives me 720p 1080p and 4K as an option and it automatically chose 4K when I set it up

I'm currently at work and I can check when I get home I'm pretty sure it's in the correct one.

Apologies to that I'm not good with these different types of resolutions. I'm basic towards tech.   If you could explain to me what HDR is?

HDR or High Dynamic Range expands the colour and contrast ranges. the bright stuff is brighter and the dark stuff is darker. and for watching tv, its more important than resolution. a 1080p display with HDR looks better than a 4k display without it.

 

also, "4k" is just 3840(or 4096)x2160, also known as 2160p

EDIT:  UHD 4k is 3840x2160   |   DCI 4k is 4096x2160
