My friend is planning to build a gaming PC this summer, and his budget is $900 USD for just the PC (no OS/peripherals). This is what we have so far, and I think it's pretty good but I wanted to get some community feedback before ordering. Is there anything that you would change to make it better or less expensive?

They are about the same speed, but if you play Rise of the Tomb Raider, for some reason NVIDIA cards work so much better with Intel CPUs that they have a 50fps advantage.
