[HELP]R9 390x or RX580?

As the title says im really confused on what should i get between these two cards.. i know they have the same performance but the price is quite different the R9 390x(Tri-X OC 8gb model) cost about $230 while the RX580(Pulse 8Gb Gddr5 OC model) is $280.. so do you think the R9 390x is still a good value? or i should get the RX580 instead? btw im using a i3-6100 processor(but i have plans on getting a i7 7700 or i5 7600 in the future)

**Additional Note: Im going to use it for 720p streaming/1080p game recording with a little bit of video editing**

yeah you arent gonna be doing any of that shit with the i3. for that price difference, id get the 390x, but the 580 should be a bit better

hmmm yeah what was that? youre the one living under a rock, the 480 got a huge improvement with the crimson drivers
not to mention if you want to buy a syncing monitor, youll save around a hundred dollars with the 480.

lol yeah. the 480 has beaten the 1060 since like December. the only argument for the 1060 is price, but that will soon go down as the mining craze dies off. and thats only affecting some parts of the world.

OP has a better chance of winning the lottery than finding any AMD gpus.

the mining craze will die off soon, just like it did before. also, he has already found the gpus, judging from this post. so what the hell are you talking about?

Are you sure about that? as he's literally holding both gpu boxes in his hands.

RX580 for the newer manufacturing process and better power consumption.

RX-580 handle lower end CPU better than R9-390X, go for that.
