Radeon 460 to an Optiplex

Could I add a 460 to this optiplex and have it run overwatch max settings, 1080p 60fps? Would it be worth the cost, rather than a build from scratch? AUD here.

I would recommend against it. Optiplex 790's typically come with 240w power supplies, which is plenty for what is in the machine now. But if you add a 460, your estimated power draw goes up to 259w... so you'd be over and ... unhappy.
