New razer naga chroma not recognized in razer synapse

As the title says.  It doesn't show up in there, but the mouse works.  It does recognize my razer lycosa keyboard though.  Also, I tried uninstalling the program to re-install, but it gave me an error that you can see in the screenshot below.  I also tried using safe mode, but I get the same error.  The mouse works fine, but I can't edit macros and button keybinds without the software.  I'm using windows 10 64 bit.

Are there drivers for that particular mouse?  Try updating them if there are.

 

I have never had that issue..I'll think on it though.
