can anyone help me how to fix this? after i ugprade my OS to w7 to w10, my microsoft office, didnt work at all. excel, powerpoint etc. my microsoft office was on Drive F. not installed on my Windows Drive

You should re-install programs after installing Windows onto a different drive.

how can i reinstall it, i dont have the installer, its already installed when i bought the pc

How is it licenced? Do you have Office 365?

I'm not sure I can help then. I'm not sure how to use your current licence on your new version of Windows. It might be worth trawling the depths of Google to find an answer.

I don't think Microsoft Office has ever been free. You can buy it as a one time payment for just office or an ongoing payment which includes other things like Onedrive.
