The idea was to build a PC with as much blue in it as possible (within reason) for $1000 including Monitor (price does not include custom sleeved cables or fans or LED's, I gifted those)

Couple of things

The parts were bought over the course of three months Mostly through Newegg and Amazon (For example, I bought the Ram in February with a coupon, thats why some of the prices are kinda low)

I can confirm the Enermax ETS T40 series of coolers CAN fit into an NZXT S340 elite case even though it's listed at .7mm too tall.

I'm sort of an idiot, and killed the first motherboard (MSI pc-mate h270) because the I/O shield has tabs that cover the ports and one of them got wedged into a USB slot, I'm almost 100% sure thats what killed it.

I'm pretty bad at cable management (I'm serious, dont open my personal pc) the only reason it's halfway decent is because of how easy it is in this case.

I used *dramatic music* an i3 7100 *DUN DUH DUUUHHH* because I wanted to minimize the GTX1060 bottle neck. Dont jump down my throat about it, I know the G4560 is a better deal.

Overall though thew only opinion that really mattered is my best friend's and she loves it! :)
