NZXT Manta Streaming Build / Gaming Lan Rig

Hello all...

I need some advice with a Streaming/ Mid Gaming Mobile Rig Build !

Here's a list of Hardware so far :

Case: NZXT Manta Mini ITX Computer Case - Black/Red

PSU: Corsair CP-9020098-UK VS Series ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Power Supply Unit, 650 W

MotherBoard: Gigabyte SKT-AM3 78LMT-USB3 Motherboard " Unsure as i only think it has one Fan Header "

Stream Card: Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro

GPU: unsure but might pick up 2nd hand 980ti "

CPU: AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core (3.5/4.1GHz, 8MB Level 3 Cache, 6MB Level 2 Cache, Socket AM3+, 95W, Retail Boxed)

I'm not to sure what ITX MB to get ? trying to keep this under £500 but i think end build might reach £600 ...

Again this is not my main Rig but will be used heavily for Streaming BUT will be used as a backup PC or if i'm out and about!

If anyone could help me out that would be great !

PS i have 16GRam , 220 Samsung SSD and 2TB HDD

Thanks for any advice you can share !!

Kind Regards

Don't get an FX CPU. Go for a Ryzen, or if you are on a super tight budget, get a good mobo and a Pentium G4650, then upgrade the CPU when you get the cash. Everything else looks good, except I can't tell which PSU that is.

Would personally not go for that PSU.

Upgrade it atleast for the Semi Modular version.

Just my advice.

Agree. The VS is tier 6, and you want something from tier 3 for a cheaper build:

EDIT: the Seasonic S12II or M12II are the best budget PSUs in the US.

Thanks guys and Girls if any ? lol

so i'll ditch the PSU and get Corsair CP-9020061-UK Builder Series CXM750 ATX/EPS Semi-Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply Unit, 750 W

as for 980ti i think i would be better off getting an 1060 as they are about £214 on amazon.  "

EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 Superclocked Gaming 6 GB GDDR5 Memory PCI Express 3 Graphics Card - Black "

MB and CPU i'll change.

CPU I'll go with Pentium G4650

Can someone suggest a decent Mirco ITX MB for under £70 please !

Thanks

IDK about a mobo, but if you're going for a 1060, you might as well change it and get an RX580 8GB. They're about the same performance, have more VRAM, and I think they're a bit cheaper.

It is a problem with PC builds. You could get this, but that is better and only a little more. If you're going to get that, you might as well spend a little more to upgrade this. And on it goes.

You may want a b250 board, as the 150 series may need a BIOS update to work with Kaby Lake, and you'll need a Skylake CPU to do that.

IDK about capture cards, I think they just grab the monitor output and record it and then pass it through to the monitor. As long as it isn't stealing cores/threads from your games, it shouldn't impact performance too much. I'd read up on reviews and see how it performs.
