HDD and SSD

Alright, so for another question for the forums! So I have used 270 GB of my 2TB WD HDD but Startup times are like really slow and I want to use a ssd as my boot drive for windows. Problem is, I am already using windows on my HDD and wanna take windows to a ssd. Does anyone know how? and also, anyone recommend a SSD? I would like something <$50 and has at least 50 GB
