Is this laptop worth it for the price?

So, I've decided I want to get a laptop for basic stuff such as web browsing, Netflix, and YouTube for when I'm not at my PC. I've been looking around and haven't found a lot of great stuff for my price point of under $200 CAD, but I came across an Acer ES1-512-C2FA for $165 CAD. Would it be worth getting for what I want? Seems fine for it, but wondering if you guys have any better suggestions for under $200 or would reinforce getting the Acer? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Chromebook would make a better web browser, unlike Windows Chrome OS doesn't have anything running in the background.
