Budget build 250-300 dollars

So i am not happy with my current system, Not everything is bad in my Pc. I am really just looking to upgrade my motherboard, cpu and ram, I have a 500W PSU so no need to worry about that. My budget is 250-300 dollars, I would like to go as cheap as possible but I don't want to sacrafice performance. I don't care about Intel or Amd, I just want it to be better than my phenom 955. I also forgot to mention that i have th Asus Rx 470.

Sorry if the spelling is not correct, I'm from The Balkans

Just because its 80+ bronze doesn't mean its good quality, that only measures the efficiency. Can you pop the side panel and have a look which model it is?
