Liquid Cooling Disinfectants

I recently installed liquid cooling on my computer and need a disinfectant.

here is my system:

 

rad: alphacool xt45

gpu: EK-FC1080 GTX G1 - Nickel

tubing: ek Duraclear

res: xspc tank v3

pump: alphacool vpp655 pwm

coolant: tap water

 

please help me choose a coolant because i am sort of a noob at water cooling.

Do not use tap water for your loop. Use distilled water with either PT Nuke or a kill coil, or use a premixed fluid that contains everything you need.

If you've already running this loop - flush it, get distilled water at any car parts shop, wash everything with distilled water then.

After that, get any ek-concentrate and mix it with fresh portion of distilled water.

NEVER use tap water even to wash water cooling components.

can i use a kill coil if i have a nickel gpu waterblock? i have heard a kill coil will do bad stuff to the nickel.

No do not use nickel as it's will react being borderline dis-similar metals. You are going to have to drain and rinse your loop with distilled water before applying a biocide or premixed fluid as the tap water will contain minerals and other contaminates you don't want deposited into the loop over time.
