Gallery problem (LG K10)

Hi!

So lately Ive been having this problem where I try to watch a video in my gallery, rather than play the video I choose, it plaus the first one in the gallery. I thought the update would fix that, but that didnt do, nor did it work when I cleaned out the gallery.

The phone is less than one year old, its running android 6.0 as of yesterday, memory wise - there's 31% empty (out of 2gb)... 

Anyone has any idea? Before I just reset it to factory settings lol.
