eh.. still nothing compared to the stuff i work with.

 

PCPP listings are also very not impressive at all. everyone can sort by price and pick the most expensive stuff, making it work reliable for the people who actually have the need (and cash) for this stuff is a whole another story.

the 192TB storage array's value in hardware is neglible compared to value of data it stores, which is why said data is also in an offsite backup location that stores several petabytes.

 

as for actual hardware, normal displays are "consumables", HP Z820 workstations sit in a pile of other miscelanious hardware, and dual-xeon servers are the norm.
