Hello, i just wanted to know what the best GPU is for 1440p 60fps or higher on ultra settings in nearly all games.

SLI 980s, 980ti or 1070ish , If you can wait Vega will launching soon as well, they are rumored to be aimed at the 1440p market. May is a horrible time to buy computer hardware.  New stuff always comes out June-July. Freesync is much cheaper than Gsync so if you can wait i would.

980 Ti / 1070 for the more budget friendly option (but you'll need to lower some settings in some demanding games to hit 60fps).

 

A 1080 would be ideal to avoid compromises, and a 1080 Ti would be overkill in a lot of games
