Yeah, you can do 2 front in with that. Exhaust either top or rear. Rear might be bit better.

My case have 3 fans, and my graphics card is xfx rx 480 blower type. My current fan setup is 1 intake and 2 exhaust and the side of my case is closed. When I am playing heavy games. The gpu temp got a max of 82c. But when i opened the side of my case, the gpu temp got only a max of 78c. What is the best fan setup that i can do so that i will get a good gpu temp when the side of the case is close? Or should i add another fan in the case?

Blower style fans intake from a single fan and exhaust out the back. Maybe if possible, have a fan blowing cold air into the single fan in the GPU?

You should try to get your front intake fan low enough on the case that it is blowing air towards the GPU intake fan.

What case is this? If you can, move one exhaust to intake. 2 in, 1 out is best 3 fan config in (*almost) any situation.

* Except when you have 200mm intake and 2x140mm exhaust.

Side intake if you have trouble with GPU.
