This a general discussion about old computers, such as my Core 2 Extreme machine that I am having trouble with, What should we do with them?

Best part about this is I have a 2009 Macbook pro that has a core 2 duo and GT9600 in it and it runs great. 1080p 30FPS playback without dropped frames. Even plays Gmod and light games

I took all my old machines apart which was the first step into understanding how to build them. 

 

Really. I'd recommend it if you haven't built before. It's different stuff but you learn a lot about cabling and how things work.
