Should I change monitor?

I have build a new pc and still using old graphic card(crappy gt210).Now i am planning to change graphic card to Rx 470, 570 or the GTX 1050ti. I still have 2 old monitor which is BenQ and a Dell. The BenQ one panel dusty and resolution only 1440x900p and the dell one looks new but resolution only 1366x768.Therefore, should i change it?If i go for amd card. Im very interesting about the FreeSync technology because I always meet tearing in the gt 210 although i enabled vsync and limit fps to 60 which parallel to my monitor.

If u suggest me to change monitor please vote the monitor too

Yup better than the Cooler Master Masterwatt Lite and Cooler Master B2
CX450M at RM260 and CX650M at around RM330
If you want something higher quality (IMO not necessary) then go for Cooler Master VSM or Corsair TX-M Gold or SF Leadex Silver
