Don't get fooled, he is a cheater. A simple search reveals that Choopa is not a last mile ISP. It's a data center.

Business FTTx Dedicated Wholesale Line in the Philippines.

Although, considering that the philippines has one of the slowest fixed internet speeds. ?

I have the same ISP as Linus's house, afaik.

I get this for $45 CAD ($34 USD) a month, no contract, which is amazing considering I'm in North America.

My home network is terrible though. The WiFi is so bad, but instead of replacing the ISP modem/router I just bought a ton of switches and hard wire everything to it.

你当初办国际精品网了吗?我没办现在连国外慢死。。

I wonder are you connecting through CN2. 163 really sucks when connecting abroad.

Switched to a new ISP that offers naked FTTH (aka internet only: no landline or cable TV bundled) for $30.

Perhaps in a few years I can pay for 150 down/150 up FTTH for $80.

There is more that meets the eye
I see the soul that is inside
