Possibly, on my speed tests that IP has my homes ip listed though :P

Sadly this is fairly high for my speed WiFi and hardwired speeds are same and we pay for 40mb/s but sometimes at night it can dip to 0.51mb/s at 3 in the afternoon also being the only one on the home network!! I have AT&T Uverse:   http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/i/1901969880                    highest i have ever seen was in the 30's and that was the first couple of months now i'm stuck with this  at least charter got from 30-75 down always.

Recently upgraded. Residential plans in Montreal have started to increase their upload speeds when they offer faster download speeds. Decently priced as well.

An updated test for me. Keep in mind that I'm using the ISP provided router (until I can get a new one), and this connection is to a device on the opposite side of the house and through an exterior wall. Pretty awesome if you ask me.
